2025 SUMMER CAMP INFORMATION
LOCATION - Northlake Mall Complex
*On site Meet & Greet will be held May 17th (1:00PM-3:00PM)*
**Camp Details:** Ages: 4-14 (4-6 group) (7-10 group) (11-14 group)
**Dates:** June 2nd - August 15th.
**Hours:** Daily from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Daily Cut off time is 10:00AM
**Enrollment Cost:**
- Full-time: $150 per week (prepaid weekly on Sundays by 5pm)
- Part-time (3 days) -$105 weekly (prepaid weekly on Sundays by 5pm/ must be the same days weekly).
- Drop Ins $40 a day. Drop ins are limited and will be evaluated on a daily basis, if you do not prepay for the week, you will be charged the daily rate for each day, the day of .
-Please note, if your camper is out of camp for more than one week,
you must reregister them based on availability at that time, or you may pay a $50 fee to hold their spot.-
**Sibling Discount:** -Available for families with more than one child, as well as referral bonuses, only for weekly rates.
**Registration Fee:** Early registration is $55, this ends on April 26th. Thereafter, the fee will be $65. This fee includes a camp tee shirt, bookbag, water bottle, folder, notebook and writing utensils. (All Campers including Drop Ins must register)
**Meals:** Breakfast and Lunch will be provided. Campers can bring snacks for snack time.
** Concessions** Concessions will be available daily for campers who may want to purchase snacks and drinks on site. Each day a camper will be picked to be the concession clerk, this is a great opportunity to build campers confidence and learn to work with money.
**Physical Activities:** Every day, ensuring active engagement and fun.
**Educational Activities:** Daily learning activities tailored to your camper's educational level.
**Special Days:** Show and Tell , Movie Day, Water Wednesdays (weather permitting), Birthday Celebrations, Thirsty Thursdays, Field Trip Fridays ,Dance off Days, Nerf Wars, Career Day, Summer Dance, Talent Shows.
**Lessons:** We are excited to incorporate Dance Lessons, Karate Lessons, and Basketball/ football Lessons this summer, these will serve as field trips as well.
**Electronics Policy:** Campers may bring IPads but with limited access during designated times. NO CELL PHONE USAGE WILL BE ALLOWED.
** Late Fees: **- A late fee of $5 will be assessed each day that you are late making payments. If you exceed 4 days, your camper will not be able to attend unless the balance , late fees, and the following week, is paid in full.
**Late Pickup :** If you are over 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be assessed. Contact Joel for arrangements. We are willing to work with parents as much as possible.
**Health Concerns:** Please specify any health concerns in the registration questionnaire.

Creative Arts and Crafts
At Lit Kids Only CLT Summer Camp, we encourage creativity and self-expression through arts and crafts. Your child will have the opportunity to explore different art forms such as painting, drawing, sculpture, and more.
Team-Building Activities
We believe in the importance of teamwork and cooperation. That's why we offer various team-building activities that encourage kids to work together towards a common goal. Your child will learn valuable skills such as leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
Field Trips
What is camp without field trips? Field trips will range from $6-$18 per child. Transportation will be provided. We aim to always have Friday as a field trip day, along with one other day of the week. This will depend on availability.
Healthy Meals
We know how important it is to provide kids with healthy and nutritious meals. That's why we offer a breakfast and lunch that are both delicious and nutritious. We can accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies. Please send your camper with snacks.
Experienced and Caring Staff
Our staff is made up of experienced and caring individuals who are dedicated to providing the best possible experience for your child. We prioritize safety and ensure that all staff members are trained with Lead teachers being certified in first aid and CPR.
